Studebaker Wheelbarrow Races. This annual event at the El Dorado County Fair & Event Center—where fierce competitors of all ages traverse through various obstacles such as mud pits, railroad ties, and balance beams—is in its 82nd year! Proceeds benefit Kiwanis Club of Placerville and their various youth-focused programs that support scholarships, community initiatives, and strengthening local education.
